Return Policy
- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@japanese-kimono.com with your order details.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as underwear, accessories, or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@japanese-kimono.com. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
